Polina is a cinematographer and filmmaker based in Berlin. Over the last decade she has pursued 3 main avenues in her work:
1. DP and camera work in commercial projects: advertising, brand and image videos, music videos and social media content for clients including adidas, d&b audiotechnik, Formel Skin, Monom Studios, CODA Museum and others.
2. Filmmaking and multimedia consultancy for clients in the non-profit sector, including organizations like Amnesty International, the World Bank, OXFAM, Greenpeace, OSF, ODIHR.
3. Production, direction and DP work in documentary films for broadcast and cinema. Her latest film, You Have to Be Here to Believe (2022) has been invited to international festivals, including One World and WatchDocs.
Polina's educational background is in social sciences (UCL). She spent 7 years working in public policy consultancy before turning to film.
